Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Lane Estates, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Description of Service
Lane Estates is a real estate journey management platform that connects home buyers and sellers with their real estate agents. The app facilitates communication, document organization, and transaction progress tracking.
Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account with others or create accounts for others without their consent.
Subscriptions and Billing
Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. We do not process or store payment information directly.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Lane Estates to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Transmit harmful, harassing, or fraudulent content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other users' accounts
- Interfere with the operation of the service
Real Estate Information
Lane Estates is a communication and organization tool. We are not a licensed real estate brokerage and do not provide real estate advice. All real estate decisions should be made in consultation with your licensed real estate professional.
Limitation of Liability
Lane Estates is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Secure Lanes, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app or by contacting us at support@laneestatesrealty.com. Termination does not entitle you to a refund for any subscription fees already charged.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
